2012-02-17 - Drummondville (QC) and Burlington (VT) reinforce their exchanges within the framework of their twinning

The Rues principales Foundation and the Vermont Downtown Program–two organizations working to revitalize the centres of municipalities–recently established a twinning program between the towns and cities of Québec and Vermont in order to create linkages/networking and to stimulate exchanges between municipalities having similar economic, social and cultural realities.
